Multifocal lenses are a great solution for presbyopia. However, due to the technical and precise nature of these lenses some customers experience difficulties using them initially. If after 14 days using your new lenses you experience continued difficulty becoming accustomed to these types of lenses, simply bring them back within 30 days of your purchase, and we’ll swap them for an alternative product#.
We know that accidents can happen, so if you damage your new glasses within the first 90 days after your purchase we will repair or replace them at no more than half the original recommended retail price (RRP)**
If there is a defect with your product within 12 months of purchase, we’ll replace or repair them for FREE – regardless of any manufacturer warranty exclusions that may apply***
