Bupa Optical Shipping

 

Delivery is normally 7-9 business days within Australia unless otherwise stated in the delivery information in the Shopping Cart section. Delivery is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm through Startrack.

Bupa Optical will pay for returns for all online orders. Simply contact us (07) 3823 3190 (line 4) or email onlinesales@bupaoptical.com.au and we’ll arrange for a prepaid returns shipping label. Include the returns form, repack the item(s) in the original packaging and post.

 

Can I track my delivery?

 

Yes, to track your order, sign in to your Bupa Optical account or check your shipment confirmation email for tracking details. Click on the order in question. The ‘Order Status’ will initially be ‘Processing’ after you place your order, but will change to ‘Dispatched’ once your order has been dispatched. Once this occurs, a link will appear which reads ‘Track your order’. Click on the link to view the status of your order.

 

Can I choose ‘Signature required’ or ‘Authority to Leave’  on delivery?

 

Yes, you can choose either option in the check out section of the Shopping cart. If you do not choose, it will default to ‘signature required’. If you choose ‘Authority to Leave’ and have the delivery left at the door, you do so at your own risk.


Please ensure your delivery address is somewhere where someone will be available to accept and sign for your package should you not be available. We do not ship to Post Office Box addresses.
